We began Friday assembly with a teddy bear waltz and ended it with centuries-old harp music. It was a very special assembly – we are lucky to have not one, but two student harpists at North Branch. We heard from the younger harp student and from their teacher, Virginia Schweninger.
In this next clip, Virginia plays “Mary Scott, Flower of Yarrow.”
The Junior II class and the middle school have been practicing the song “Hamburg.” They delighted the audience with their neatly played version.
