Please take note of this year’s schedule:
Early Primary Please arrive at RVCC by 1:15 if you plan to sing before the 1:30 performance. They will NOT sing in the evening. We hope to see the whole group, but if you cannot attend, please let Jessie & Genevieve know.
Primary Blue (Krista) & Primary Yellow (Sarah) & Juniors –parents please bring students with a lunch to RVCC at 10:30 to rehearse for the 1:30 performance. After the 1:30 performance, parents take children home then return to RVCC at 6:40 for the evening performance. Primary & Junior students will perform at 1:30 & 7pm. Primary Blue families have the option of attending the evening performance or not. Please let Krista know if you will be at the evening performance.
Seniors & Middle School– students arrive at school at 8:30-8:45, or arrive at RVCC at 9:00 am, bring lunch, and plan to stay all day until the end of the evening performance. They will perform at 1:30 & 7pm, and have dinner together in between.
Please remember to look for the donation basket for the Naomi Scherr Memorial Scholarship Fund at the entrance during both performances of “St. George.” Naomi’s mother started this fund after Naomi, a former NBS student, and her father lost their lives during the November 2008 Mumbai attacks. There is no charge for the performance – it is the students’ gift to their families – but we hope you will place something in the basket to honor the memory of a girl with a charming smile, an insatiable curiosity, and a kind heart.
Juniors, Seniors and Middle School Parents!!- if your child needs to miss school, leave early or arrive late anytime in the next 7 days PLEASE INFORM THE SCHOOL as soon as you can-we’re juggling multiple rehearsal schedules. Thanks!
If this is highlighted if you signed up to help with St. George. Check with Autum about how you can help. Thanks! The sign up sheet is on Autum’s office door.
There will be lots of hauling props and costumes back and forth from RVCC and NBS-if you are coming back by NBS on Wednesday night, please consider helping us bring items back-Thanks!!!
For Sale Now!!! St. George & the Dragon long-sleeve t-shirts! Look for them to be on sale at school and at the performances of “St. George” on December 20.

Note for Jack Rooney-Juniors student
I came to Virginia in September after a category 5 hurricane hit the islands of St. John where I was living for the past ten years. I am selling wristbands to help raise money for food, water and shelter for my friends and families there. All the money I raise will go to St. John Community Foundation to help people. Thank you for your time. Please help me lift up the people of St. John.
