Due to the number of NBS families fighting a variety of illnesses, we have postponed the NBS Dinner Theater until February 27, 6PM. We’ll still be able to use the food you’ve donated, and if you haven’t had remembered to bring something in, you have more time! Mark your calendars now for delicious tacos and “The Mike and Murphy Show,” an original comedy by Linda Batdorf!
Another evening of delicious food (and drink) is coming up on March 12 when Wild Wolf Brewing Company hosts Bingo Night to support North Branch School. Fun for the entire family and there are even prizes!
BOXTOPS are due in the collection containers by Friday, March 1. Remember, each Boxtop is worth a dime!
The heat is running! The lights are on! The phone is ringing! WHY??? Because of Annual Fund contributions from parents and friends of the school. THANK YOU to all of the families who have contributed or set up monthly donations via this website: https://north-branch-school.org/fundraising/ The goal is 100% family participation. Please consider making a donation now at an amount that is comfortable for your family. If you have questions, please contact Bonnie, email@example.com
Did you know?
* several families attended North Branch’s Open House on Tuesday. As you speak with friends and acquaintances, please share with them that tours are available throughout the year. All they need to do is call or email Autum. Thank you to Vera Hailey, Chantal Scott-Delamarter, Kristen Nicks, Taylor Blackburn, Katie Harris, Sasha Duke and Emily McKeon for your help with tours and yummy cookies for our visitors. Thank you for all teachers and students who welcomed families into their classrooms!
*Early Primary – Juniors are participating in the Nelson Memorial Library’s “Nelson Reads” program. The library donated 12 newly published hardcover books to NBS, and to the county’s elementary schools. Students had the chance to select their favorite book, and later in the spring, the overall county favorite will be named.
