The NBS students and teachers are excited to dive into these wonderful books given to us by the Nelson Memorial Library for the Nelson Reads program. In early 2019, our choices will join with those of other students in Nelson County to choose the Nelson Reads Book of the Year. Some of the stories are written by people named Crix, Crash, Ketch, and Karma. Topics covered in fiction and nonfiction include art, gardening, music, inventions, animals, the environment, seasons, a dead dog, a live dog, and there is even a bilingual book about las cabras/the goats. We love our library and we love to read at North Branch School!
