At yesterday’s assembly, the Junior (3rd-4th grade) class ended their unit on Native Americans with an amazing presentation of dioramas, costumes and a song. Earlier in the day, Jess’ class had a Native American feast that featured food eaten 500 years ago: venison, berries, squash, beans, fish and more. At assembly, the class presented their villages from different U.S. regions and talked about what they learned. Here they are making their entrance. More pictures and video to follow!
