Every student and every staff member made a Valentine’s container. Their creativity was on full display in the Big Room during the days leading up to Valentine’s Day. Cards were made at home and brought to school to share with classmates, book buddies, and teachers. It became a multilingual day, when, after Book Buddies on Tuesday, the entire school gathered in the Big Room to sing “Vive La Compagnie,” going around the circle naming every single person. From preschoolers to Middle Schoolers to teachers, every person heard that they matter!
