On September 21, during a Friend Ship Thank You luncheon, students prepared delicious food for Building Goodness and community volunteers, then shared thank you cards and original and boating songs to show their gratitude for the many summer days volunteers spent on the NBS playground. Finally, the children showed their appreciation in the best way possible: by playing on the new play structure, which has been christened “The Friend Ship.”
