Students have been involved in many eclectic activities this week when not engaged in their studies. Stuart’s Wednesday group built a camp fire in the woods and spent time thinking in their “sit spots.” In a preview of the ever-popular “Junk Fashion” elective, a group of friends made some “skinny jeans” out of the chip bags from snack. There were also several lively Capture-the-Flag games. Wednesdays are a favorite day for both Wednesday Group students (below 5th grade) and the older students in 5th-8th. Electives this term include cooking, board games, drumming and clay.
